weeks stay the pack will also include local events and
attractions leaflets.

32ft x 12ft static caravan.
6 Berth (maximum occupancy 6 persons).
Premium position set back, with its own large grassy area
and fantastic views over a farmers field.
5 minute stroll to the beach/sea/reception/shops/main entertainment
venue/pool complex.
Parking is immediately adjacent to the caravan.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1
Master bedroom with double bed and dressing table.
Bedroom 2
Two continental beds, and if necessary can be pushed
together to make a small double (as per photo).
Bedroom 3
Double sofabed in dining area. There is also baby travel cot.
Duvets and pillows are provided.
We do ask guests to provide their own bed linen,
(duvet cover, pillowcases, fitted sheets) and bath towels!
Lounge
There is a gas fire in lounge, and portable Delonghi oil heater
Cosy yet spacious, the lounge is equipped with remote controlled
TV, DVD/VCR and FREEVIEW, Sony PS2 with games, CD/Tuner Player
and large selection of board games.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen/diner including:
4 burner gas hob, gas oven/grill, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery,
cooking pans and utensils are provided as well as an iron and ironing board.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a step in Shower (which has a plug so can be filled up for your little ones who need bathing) - toilet and sink.
Outside
We have a shed that is filled with a BBQ, deckchairs, paddling pool,
table, chairs, parasols and wind shields - feel free to help yourself.
